All parts (both days) of the exam are compulsory to be able to qualify as a lifeguard. We realise that this is the first week of school holidays so if you are away for any part of this exam, please let me know. It will still be worthwhile coming to the revision/study session because there will be another opportunity for you to sit the exam at a nearby surf lifesaving club. 

Please note that being on our rookie list does not register you to sit the lifeguard exam, so please contact me directly, stating your full name and date of birth and I will SIGN you UP. You can contact me via email OR the Team Reach app. All dates and more information are on Team Reach so please encourage your child to use and check this app. All patrol communications are done via Team Reach so now is the time to get them used to using it.

Remember that a parent must sign up first and pay the appropriate fee and then your child can be added at no further charge. If you have more than one child joining the club this summer then sign up as a family. You need to click on 'membership' from the bar, then click 'returning member' and go from there through all steps for each person, but the site does remember your details from past years so it is just a lot of clicks not alot of typing.
